I have been in this business for 21 years designing programs for athletes and adults at all levels. High school and college athletes that have committed to their sport for 8-12 years and then graduate are left with a hole in their life with nothing to train for.

Endurance & Stability
To begin with any program, we must focus on slow controlled movements along with having the ability to sustain those movements each set.
It is time to decrease reps and pick up the pace and resistance. Adding muscle mass will increase your metabolism and will help you lose body fat.
Increase your strength and bone density in this phase. Remember to stay safe and keep each movement perfect during every set.
Power is defined as moving any resistance as fast as you can. Definitely the most challenging phase. Finish STRONG!!
Nutrition is VITAL. In order to achieve the goals you have set out for yourself you need to dedicate the time to planning out your meals.
Basics For eating healthy and dropping bodyfat. Eat more protien, vegetables and fruit.
